My name is  Shwan Chato Abdulla and  I am a lecturer holding (PhD) degree in Automatic Control and Systems Engineering from The University of Sheffield-UK, teaching in the Computer Engineering Department at the University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.
