My Philosophy in Teaching
As a teacher, of course, one of our largest tasks is to ensure that curricular objectives are communicated to our students so they can demonstrate their knowledge in both testing and real-life situation. However, it is also important that, while in our class, students learn to be accountable to themselves and others, to be responsible and informed citizens, and how to communicate effectively. often such skills require guidance from the teacher and peers in the form of classroom management plan. This classroom management plan is not limited to a set of classroom rules, but also discusses classroom layout, attendance with clear expectations of how to behave in the classroom, how to successful, and ultimately how to work together to establish and maintain classroom community. The ultimate goal of such a plan is to minimize classroom discipline and keep the students committed to learning and to the classroom community.
