My Philosophy in Teaching

I believe the key point of teaching is to encourage learning.

Good teachers have strong faith in future, they understand students and often are very prosperous in helping students to learn. I believe a teacher must want all their students to achieve at high levels, and understands how motivations and peer interaction can affect learning in a positive way.
