Research Interests

1- Applications of machine learning to in Bioinformatics.

so far I have had two projects, one of which focuses on automating data collection and analysis of Drosophila melanogaster's behaviour using computer vision and machine learning. The second project focuses on applications of machine learning algorithms in species identification.

2- Application of Machine learning in microscopic image analysis ( Molecular Histology) aided with computer vision technology.
