Outline Biography
Dr.Saman AbdulMajid Rasheed was born in Sulaimani, Kurdistan-iraq in 1958. He received the BSc. degree in Animal Production Department, college of Agriculture from Sulaimani University, Kurdistan-Iraq, in 1980, and the MSc degree in poultry nutrition at the Animal production department, college of Agriculture, University of Salahaddin -Iraq. in 1984. He had a Ph D. degree in Poultry nutrition, from Animal production, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Suliamania Univ. in 2008.
In 1992, he joined the college of Agriculture, Suliamania Univ. and became an assistant lecturer. being a lecturer by 2001. he became an assistant professor by 2009.
As an academic staff member of the Faculty he is responsible for the development program of the Animal production Department. He is also being a member of the Scientific committee and the Promotion Committee of the faculty.
