My Philosophy in Teaching
There is no better pay off than watching students succeed because they were motivated to learn and you guide them to that.
I use two major effort to explain my teaching philosophy :
1. Firmness: to be firm with students when it comes to certain things like deadlines and join up on time and rules and I think teaches my students responsibility and time management.
2. Feedback: in some of the first few weeks I ask my students for feedback by writing how the course is going for them anything that I can do to improve or add to the course that would help them in their learning.
I also try to create interest of the class in the subject through multiple methods of teaching such as visual, auditory and kinaesthetic tools.
Besides following the book and syllabus, I often conduct events like quiz, and presentation to facilitate better learning.
