My Philosophy in Teaching

Everyone learn in their own way; I think it is better to have interaction between teacher and student. Teaching, to me, is deeply personal. It’s not just a profession, it’s a relationship, a responsibility, and a continuous journey of learning. At the heart of my philosophy is a belief that every student deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. When students feel safe and respected, they’re more open to taking intellectual risks, asking questions, and growing, not just academically, but as people. Encourage students to read more and get more information, not just to get scores.
