My Philosophy in Teaching

my philosophy is that students are co-educators and the raw material for the course, I dont believe in sender-receiver theory of education, as much as I am trying to explain new information to my students, at the same time I'm trying to build up on their knowledge, and enhance mine at the same time through tapping to each and everyone of my students rich cultural and educational background. So teaching to me is a learning at the same time!
