My Philosophy in Teaching
I believe that education and teaching are enduring commitment to the individual, personal, emotional, and academic requirements of students. Tutors must be devoted, dedicated and affection their work. To be an effective lecturer, it must be enthusiastic, confident, truthful, and holistic. I believe that teaching is an active profession; a tutor must convey energy to the students through the spontaneous enthusiastic activity. Tutors should be confident enough to listen and respond professionally to questions and challenges from both students and other memberships of department and administration. If a tutor can positively carry on a two-way conversation, they will model the same in the classroom. Confidence is achieved from a high degree of competency in the knowledge of human growth, development, and learning. Teachers should be able to apply techniques and strategies for dealing with students in all ways, not just academically.
