Dr. Rebar Mohammed Noori Fatah — widely known as Dr. Rebar Khaffaf — is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Sulaimani in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He graduated from Al-Mustansiriyah University in Baghdad in 1996 and went on to complete his specialization training in orthopedics in Baghdad. With nearly three decades of professional experience, he has built a career as a dedicated orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee surgery and sports medicine. Alongside his clinical practice, he is committed to advancing medical education and research, with a focus on improving patient outcomes.
