• Assistant Lecturer (September 2009 - present) in the food science department / College of Agriculture / University of Sulaimani.
• External lecturer (2009-2010) in the University of Halabja, College of Agriculture. I taught Food Quality Control for 3rd-year stages and Human Nutrition for 4th-year stages.
• Demonstrator in the College of Agriculture, Sulaimani University (2004–2006) in Food industry, Cereal technology, Analytical chemistry, Food Analysis and Food Safety & hygiene.
• Running seminars for the department and workshops at Sulaimaniya health directorate.
• Supervising seminars for undergraduate students at fourth stage about food safety, human nutrition and food analysis.
• I acted as annual postgraduate conference organiser at Newcastle University, UK - May 2014.
