My Philosophy in Teaching

As far as every one has its own personal characteristics, it is better to have a philosophy in teaching, in this behalf I have my one. the philosophy is creativity in teaching and aiming the mindset of my students to be critical thinkers in their academic life, hence they can participate in the lecture debates and contribute in developing the module as they are close to the ground.
