Simply, I believe in one philosophy which is (respect for students and their rights in return, students will respect you) in my opinion when the teacher respects students and respects their rights on the scientific, interaction and social level, at that moment the teacher can direct students to any side he wants, this is my philosophy since 2008, and this is why I am facing any problem with my students in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Dentistry. Being friendly is the simplest way to interact well with university students
