My Philosophy in Teaching

My teaching philosophy is based on student-centered learning that promotes critical thinking, active participation, and practical application of knowledge. As a lecturer at the College of Commerce, University of Sulaymaniyah, I strive to create an engaging learning environment where students can connect theoretical concepts with real-world business challenges. In teaching Project Management, I aim to develop students’ leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while preparing them for professional success
