My Philosophy in Teaching
In my teaching philosophy, I believe that for true learning to occur, the classroom environment must be one where students feel comfortable and supported. From my experience, three fundamental principles guide this belief:
Observing Students' Unique Differences: Each student brings their own set of experiences, strengths, and challenges. By carefully observing these individual traits, I can tailor my approach to meet their unique needs.
Enhancing Immediacy: Building a sense of immediacy, or closeness, helps create a more engaging and connected classroom. By fostering open communication and being approachable, I aim to create an environment where students feel heard and valued.
Encouraging Critical Thinking: Critical thinking is essential for deeper learning. I encourage my students to question, analyze, and reflect, helping them develop the skills needed to think independently and solve problems creatively.
