My purpose for my classroom is to project students and watch them grow to their complete capacity. 

I want to take students to special stages and notice them increase collectively for the betterment of each person. Consequently, group work is the key to having a success elegance and is something I value, specifically with older students. 

The impact of group work, when students assist fellow college students, modifications all and sundry and transforms the atmosphere of the class as an entire.

In my school room, I want college students to have freedom that permits for expression and creativity.

Students should be able to test with likes and dislikes and to recognize their strengths and

weaknesses. After this base is developed, the curriculum can be molded to tie in each pupil’s
