Outline Biography

My birth date was at the 6th of March 1975 at Malkandi which is one of the oldest  district of Sulaimani,  I finished my primary as well as preparatory studies at Sulaimani. I graduated from college of medicine at University of Sulaimani at 1999, my rank was second.

Since my graduation I got through all stages of medical graduation including junior house officer in different departments and hospitals in Sulaymaniyah, Kalar and Qaladiza until finally my interest was toward obstetrics and gynecology , so I continued my medical graduation in this department until I finished my higher studies including both High diploma and board. Currently, I am a assistant profesor  in college of medicine at University of Sulaimani, a full time consultant  in Sulaimani maternity teaching hospital, and the head of Sulaimani center of Kurdistani board for medical specialities department of obstetrics and gynecologyand also head of reproductive module .

I am married to Dr. Alan, he is specialist in pediatrics and i have two sons named Azores and Avar.

Research Interests

MARYAMS  research interest includes the following fields;

1. high risk pregnacy

2. pre-eclampsia

3-gynecological malignacies
