My philosophy in teaching which is seen as one of the most important dimension for us as lecturers , is how to teach your students successfully and how to prepare them for the market. In addition, if we want to  be successful in our teaching life , we have be preparing ourselves and answering our student questions in the classrooms efficiently and effectively.
