My name is Dr. Khalid Shoukr Mahmood and I am a lecturer holding FICMS (fellow of Iraqi council of medical specialization) degree in neurosurgery, teaching in the College of Medicine at University of Sulaimani in Kurdistan Region, F.R. Iraq.
