Dr. Karzan received his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of Sulaimani , Sulaimani, Iraq. He obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting with from University of Sulaimani in 2012. he began his academic career as a lecturer in the Accounting Department at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Sulaimani . To further his academic development, Dr. Hazhar obtain in 2023 a PhD. He successfully completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Accounting, specializing in Financial Accounting, from University of Sulaimani
