1-   Nihad Khidhir Hasan, a PhD Student at the University of Soran, the Faculty of Law, Political Sciences, and Administration.

2-   Osman Abdullah Ahmed, an MA student as the University of Sulaimani, College of Political Sciences. The viva was conducted on January 4th, 2023 and the student was awarded an MA in Political Sciences.
