I have been described as determinant, influential, enthusiastic, and passionate Lecturer. Always motivate the student for better performance and outcomes. Teaching for me is every day developing skills and keeps me updated. Training and technology must be used in order to help the student think critically. I have Adapted my teaching style to different precious, cultural groups and ethnicities
