At the College of Agricultural Sciences Engineering, Biotechnology and Crop Science Department. I am teaching industrial crop, mainly oil crops.

My Philosophy in Teaching:

Overview of industrial crops the history and the importance of industrial oil crops, the main fatty acids, the percentage of oil content in each oilseed crops. Differences between Saturated fatty acids and Unsaturated fatty acids, advantage, and disadvantage.
