My name is Dr Fahmy Osman Mohammed, and I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Sulaimani in the Department of Earth Science and Petroleum, College of Science, located in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq. I hold a PhD in Engineering Geology (rock mass engineering), with a specialisation in dam site investigation, geotechnical evaluation, and geological mapping.
I am actively engaged in both teaching and research, with primary interests in rock mechanics, engineering geology, and GIS-based geological assessments.
To date, I have authored 1 book and published 18 peer-reviewed journal articles.
