1. Diagnosis of Genetic diseases by Molecular Genetic Methods (PCR, RT-PCR, DNA Sequencing method, Next generation sequencing NGS, DNA Sequence analysis using Bioinformatics tools, data comparison and genetic reports interpretation.
2. Chromosomal Aneuploidy detection by cytogenetic methods using fluorescent microscope, FISH techniques, Multiple Ligation Probe Analysis by genetic analyzers. chromosomal microarray and copy number variation.
3. HLA Molecular Typing (SSO and NGS) method, Anti HLA Class I and Class II detection by Lumenix instrument for Bone marrow and Renal transplantation.
4. WBC cross matching (Tissue typing) by Flowcytometry, (Flow cross matching for both T and B cell) for solid organ transplantation.
