My Philosophy in Teaching

My philosophy in teaching which is seen as one of the most important dimension for us as lecturers , is how to teach your students successfully and how to prepare them for the market. In addition, if we want to be successful in our teaching life , we have be preparing ourselves and answering our student questions in the classrooms efficiently and effectively.

Professional Course and Training :

· English language course at the University of Sulaimani for more than three months 2009

· English Language course at the ELTC , University of Sheffield which was taking 9 months 2011-2012

· Teaching Methods course at the university of Sulaimani for approx. 15 weeks

· Attended a course for 3 days which was applied by Foras company on 15/3/2015

· Participated in a training course for all the director of CDC by IREX for 1 week from 20/5/2015 till 26/5/2015

· Participated in the online course by British council for three months 2015

· Participated in the online course by reading university for 2 weeks- future learn 2014

· Participated on the online course by Leeds university for 2 weeks 2014

· Participated in a E-Government course for 2 Weeks at Maastricht Business school –Netherlands in 2017

· Participated in a training course all the director of CDC which was hold by IREX for 1 week from 22/2/2018 till 25/2/2018

· Participated in a training course with all the director of CDC which was hold by spearhead for getting TOT

· Participated in Sustainability Business development course for 2 Weeks at Maastricht Business school –Netherlands in 2019

· Participated communication with the public in Shiraka program in Netherlands in September 2020

· Presented marketing course as a trainer for two weeks at Asia oil company in July 2019

· Presented healthcare management as a trainer for the staff from Erbil International Hospital in Feb 2021

Experience:

Working as an assistant researcher at the University of Sulaimani for two years (2009-2011).

· Working as an assistant lecturer for three years from 2012 until 2015

· Working as a director of career development center from 2015 till 2019

· Teaching 5 modules (marketing management, financial management, risk and insurance management, principle of management in English, financial mathematics and academic debate) in 2012 -2013.

· Teaching principle of management (in English) at the institute of Dwkan in 2012-2013.

· Supervising three researches for undergraduate students in 2012-2013.
