1995 – 2000: Worked as assistant geology at both the directorates of “The Geological Survey / Sulaimani branch” and “Quarrying of Sulaimani” and supervised several quarrying of marble at the Iraq - Iran border.

1- General curricula development and modernisation (this would include both undergraduate and postgraduate levels).
2- Exploring the possibility of Joint research opportunities with counter Spain and other EU academics.
3- Seeking potential M.Sc. and PhD research co-advisors in the field of Geology in general and Hydrogeology as well as Environmental Geology in particular.
6- Training Courses
Five days of training course in "Reservoir Geology" provides a good understanding of the petroleum system and its application for oil and gas exploration. Organized by TPA in Irbid from "6-10 August 2006" at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan.
Training course on the "1200 Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer" instrument, which took place from 2006-12-05 to 2006-12-08 by Variance Training Centre in Les Ulis, France.
Training course in "Hydrologic data management and hydraulic modelling ", in HEC_DSS and HEC_HMS, organized by The American University of Iraq_Sulaimani, from the 2nd to the 26th of November, 2008, at the Twin River Institute for Scientific Research, Sulaimani, Iraq.
Tailor-made course on "The Application of Remote Sensing and GIS in Natural Resources," which was held at the "Higher Institute of Planning, University of Duhok, Iraq" in cooperation with ITC "International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, Netherlands," from 29 March to 24 April 2009.
Training course on "GIS application in Hydrogeological and Geological Research" at the Faculty of Mining and Geology, Dept of Hydrogeology, in Belgrade, Serbia, from 26/06 to 10/07/2009.
Training course on "Isotope and Tracer in Aquatic system" in addition to "application of environmental isotope, Lysimeter, artificial groundwater recharge and application of remote sensing and GIS" at the Institute of Water Resources Management, Joanneum Research, Graz, Austria from 9-21/11 /2009.
A four-month TOEFL preparation course organized by "Millennium Relief and Development Services" from "March to July 2010" was offered at the University of Sulaimani, Iraq.
Training course on "Structural Interpretation" organized by TPA in Istanbul, Turkey, from 3 to 7/10/2011.
Participating in the “International DAAD - GRI Summer School” carried out by the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany, with the courses namely Hydrogeological 3D modelling (MODFLOW) and Hydrochemical modelling (PHREEQC) from "September 23 – October 4, 2012" in Erbil, Iraq.
Two days Intensive training course on installation and service training on “Picarro products for water isotope analysis” was held at Picarro headquarters in Santa Clara, California, the USA, in June 2015.
Spending one month at the University of Almeria, Spain,, to ensure engagement in Academic Staff Exchange mobility under the ERASMUS MUNDUS-MARHABA program in October 2016.
