At the Faculty of Languages and Humanities Sciences, College of Humanities, Social Work Department, I am teaching;

My Philosophy in Teaching:
In my opinion teaching process Indicates practicing knowledge in reality on the basis of action and reflection.
My point of view about the teaching process of an undergraduate student in a university concentrate on student in general. And I think it should seek to achieve two main interrelated and complemented objectives, as follows:
First, Educational objective: first of all teaching must have an educational objective that aims to develop students. The student will exercises all and everything that they learned from the teaching process in his or her own life, and as a channel he\she is going to transfer all the values that he\she learned to others in the society intentionally or non-intentionally and directly or non-directly.
Second, Scientific objective: university is the center of learning sciences, Whether it is Humane sciences or natural science because those two sides of science are meaningless and useless without each other, So they must join in solidarity with each other and complete each other, in order to make life better on the level of individual, group and community, and also gain well-being.
There are a number of things I try to accomplish for my students:
1. The student's commitment to lectures and the studied article.
2. Respect for time, means implementing the duties on limited and required time.
3. Create a positive atmosphere in the Lecture Hall and in general. giving an opportunity to students to question the article, and presenting appropriate suggestions and criticism about the studied articles at the right time and exact location. And also implement these suggestions and criticism according to the need and fits and serves the teaching process.
4. Justice in learning and Empowerment. Student differs in their level, speed, and how to learn. I believe that anyone can do well if they are willing to spend time on it. If I provide any value added, it is in encouraging all my students to be interested enough in the subject to invest more time.
5. Introduce students to scientific updates and innovations in the field of the studied article as needed globally and locally, and introduce them to the instructions that must recognize in the field of study and in the area of their profession in the future.
6. Mixing additional, different educational mechanisms according to teaching material for students such as group working, role play, brainstorming, etc.
7. Daily Quiz for students according to the studied article, to make sure of: did students learn the article? How much did he\she learn? And how did he\she learn?
8. Producing reports or research, the students prepare them with my supervision in the courses about the studied articles.
9. Scientific activities. Students can prepare and present scientific activities like preparing reports, (seminars) within the article or the subject that was studied in the course under my supervision.
10. Evaluate the educational process and always continuously, identify strengths and make it better and also identify weaknesses and work to improve it with constant renewal according to need and necessity.
11. Respect, getting the grades, and presenting an opinion depend on a student's commitment according to his\her quest and effort. My task is to facilitate his\her learning process.
