My Philosophy in Teaching
To be an effective teacher, I embrace multiple roles: counselor, facilitator, and performer. As a counselor, I provide emotional and academic support to nurture my students' confidence and growth. As a facilitator, I create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation. As an actor, I use creativity and energy to captivate and motivate my students.
Teaching is more than imparting knowledge—it's about inspiring future educators to adopt the qualities of effective teaching. By embodying these roles in my classroom, I aim to set a model for my students, empowering them to bring positive change to the education system. A strong education system is a cornerstone for societal progress, and by shaping competent and compassionate educators, I hope to contribute to building a better society.
