My Philosophy in Teaching
Learning occurs in many different contexts and contexts. Despite the fact that everyone is capable of learning, the student's desire to learn is a prerequisite for mastering new concepts and skills effectively. People have multiple learning styles: some know the best atmosphere in the lecture, others are encouraged by the discussion, others understand better when reading and contemplating what you read. The preparation of the classroom can enhance learning or hinder it depending on the dominant position of each student's learning style. Understanding different learning styles creates a conducive environment for learning. Students take a lot of the habits they learn from the teacher. If the coach is not interested in this subject and is eager to learn, it is unlikely that he will make an effort to learn in this class of students. The trainer must convince students of his or her knowledge before they are ready to learn.
One of the most important concepts that I hope to convey to students is that learning is an endless process. For me, the learning process involves professional psychological improvement. I want to read more about informal learning theories to expand my understanding of how learning occurs. I continue to guide lessons, and also aim to enhance my happiness and confidence in front of the classes and the masses. Finally, I plan to try ways and means of providing information to the classes to improve the learning environment for students.
