During the researcher notice for a several games, there a lot of clubs from KRG they are not care about move quickly and make very activity offensive ,so it’s make return very comfortable to defense line which is make a advantage for competitor team .the research aimed to prepared the special training to move quickly offensive on sulaimani club handball advanced player team ,the research hypotheses it’s there are statically difference between the types of offensive move on the sulaimani sport club .
The researcher used the experimental method with the same group of suitability nature of the study were selected sample Find the way intentional, which included players sulaimani Sports Club handball team to the category of applicants totaling 16 players and have the researcher it designing form to note the fast attack hand ball, as the researcher developed a set of special exercises fast-attack with defense and without giving the defense during the main part of the training unit, the bag was used SPSS statistical data processing and extraction results .
The researcher recommended there was a significant change on fast offensive move on post trail ,so it’s a natural reflex for such as developed on study subject ,which take hand on technique side interest .there are clearly improved after make them a scoring .The researcher recommends attention exercises speed in handball because of its positive impact in the development of many offensive skills as well as the defense, and the use of the proposed exercises by the researcher and attention to the application of the exercises is to serve the development of offensive skill and emphasis on smooth performance and transition from defense to attack either the ball or without the ball after receiving the target so as to their importance in the economy, the effort and the speed of the target Date.
Impact of Small Games in learning some of the skills base reel hand Cubs Sulaymaniyah Sports Club
(ABSTRUCT)
:Objective of this research to the following
- Identify the impact of small games to learn some basic skills for handball cubs Sulaymaniyah Sports Club.
- Identify the differences between the experimental group and control group in learning some basic skills for handball cubs Sulaymaniyah Sports Club.
The researchers used the experimental method is experimental and control groups with pre and post tests , the sample consisted of (22) for players ages ( 12-13 years) and distributed evenly between the two groups . The researchers used a personal interview and observation, testing and measurement methods for data collection. It took tutorial (12) unit at a rate of 3 units per week, to teach the skills of handling and shooting and cajolement, data were statistically treated using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and t-test for samples associated with, and the t-test for independent samples.
Was reached the following conclusions: -
- The experimental group achieved a remarkable development in all the variables under consideration was for the games small role “active” and a big “learning skills, which led to significant differences between the tests before and after interest and post tests.
- Achieved in the control group developed all the variables under research and training curriculum led by coach to the emergence of significant differences between pre and post tests among members of the control group significantly , which underwent approach taken by coach to the benefit of the post tests .
- Affected by small games through units of the experimental group in a positive learning skills and correction of passing and dribbling in handball players Cubs in the experimental group compared to the control group, which led to significant differences between the post tests and in the interest of the experimental group

(Abstract)
The aim for the study
1- To identify the level of stress, experimental outcome and the perception of the handball rules among physical education students.
2- To determine the correlation between the stress, experimental outcome and the perception of the handball rules among physical education students.
Hypotheses
There is a significant correlation between stress, cognitive expertise and the perception of the handball rules among physical education students.
We used descriptive approach and separated via two groups (control and experimental groups), and the reason is suitability with nature of the study.
Analytical and statistical techniques
All data were analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 18 for Windows (SPSS, USA) and were presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD), The Data were analysed using the mean, standard deviation (SD) and correlation coefficient.
Conclusion
The level of stress among students is high compared to the average of the theoretical -
-That the level of cognitive achievement of students at a high level-
- Perception that the level of legal students has a high level also-
There is a negative correlation between stress and cognitive achievement and perceptive legal handball-
The recommendations of the most important recommendations
Work to give information relating to the collection of cognitive theory and legal before you start the practical side because the absorption and have a better understanding of the presence of the student in the case of psychological and physical comfort and nervous qualifies him to accept the information well .
The possibility of the use of teachers and trainers to gauge the psychological tension in order to ensure that the pressures of training and competition faced by the players-

The effect of using aids in developing power and shooting for Team handball players

Summary:
The development of the game of team handball needs all the ones who care for it to work hard to prepare its players physically and in skills that are related to the game this by various and different training ways.
Based on the importance of physical preparation in team handball that is one of the fattest and most powerful team games our concentration was on one of the fitness parts which is power and shooting which is one of the important elements in performance for the sports and team handball.
The aim of the research was designing a training program by using aids for developing the power and shooting in team handball.
Knowing the differences between the post tests for the two trail groups. Researchers suggested that there are significant differences between pre and post tests for the second trail group.
The researchers selected the sample of the study intentionally which was the Slimane under youth team, they have been divided on two groups (two trail groups) and the proper tests were selected for the skill then using the proper tools and aids for the study.
The pre tests were taken for both groups then doing drills for the first group were training on rubber ropes with shooting drills, the second group were training on medicine balls and shooting drills.
Depending on the results that the researchers got; using the rubber ropes and medicine balls have had a positive effect in developing the power of arms and legs and based on the conclusions the researchers confirm that there should be training on the power of arms and legs in the beginning level of the training programs because training those in a late level needs more time and more energy from players and coaches.
Also the researchers recommended inserting drills (rubber ropes and medicine balls) in the training sessions and performing it on the other levels and other game sports.

A comprehension of the tactical level attainment for the Kurdistan region excellent clubs in Team handball
Player’s acknowledgment about the special technical and tactical performance means the correct choice then preparing the ways and the devices for the sports competition based on the special direction process for the sake of winning and beating opponents. Also the tactical performance is depends on the technical performance and physical performance by doing some duty moves in some situations that depends on thinking also analysis of the requirements of the game to achieve the desired goal of the plan that players and teams would achieve, through this the importance of the study came through by focusing on the tactical side and the applied field to get the most appropriate and the best results and improve the technique of performance in a game handball.
Study aims:
Identify the tactical level cognitive achievement for the excellent Kurdistan region team handball clubs.
Identify the differences in tactical level cognitive achievement for the excellent Kurdistan region team handball clubs.
Researchers supposed:
There were significance in tactical achievement of the excellent Kurdistan region team handball clubs.
The researchers used the descriptive program because of its relevance to the nature of the search, Also the sample of the research is all the players who participate in the Kurdistan region team handball championship (6 team clubs; Sulaimani, Nawroz, Erbil, Kaewan and Koya…14 players each club).
The researchers used the tactical positions scale for the sake of measuring behavior that includes 20 questions; the researchers conducted the exploratory experiment and the scale of the tactical cognitive achievement then used the statistical way of (spss) on the computer.
The conclusions that researchers obtained:
Sulaimani Club obtained the high percentage of the tactical cognitive achievement; arithmetic mean of the players ( 15.00 ) than in comparing with arithmetic of the other teams.
Most important Recommendations:
The necessity of concentration on using different and special type of drills that are related to tactics in the main training program for the sake of reaching the high level of training and results.

The effect of using constant
exercises in learning technical performance for the triple jump for Physical
Education students
Triple jump is one of the Track and Field events that counts mostly on the technical performance therefore constant exercise can positively develop it also facilitating the process of learning and retention and effectiveness, with the difficulty or ease through the gradient and follow the regulation in the exercise when his performance, especially with beginners.
The aims of the study:

Knowing the impact of the use of the constant style to learn the technical performance of the triple jump for the students.
- Knowing the difference between the constant style and the followed program by other teachers to learn the effectiveness of the triple jump for the students.
The research hypotheses are:
- There are significant differences between pretest and posttest in learning the technical performance of the triple jump between constant style and followed program by other teachers.
- There is a significant difference between the post-test in learning the technical performance of the triple jump between constant style and followed program by other teachers.
The researchers selected Physical Education College students and divided them on two groups (A and B), then they worked on Homogeneity and equal sample for the research by using tools and aids. The researchers did the pre-tests based on analyzing the triple jump for the two groups then performing the constant exercises which the first group works on the constant exercises and the second group works on the followed program from the lecturer.
Based on the results the researchers found that using the constant exercises helped in learning the triple jump for the P-E students, also the followed program that the lecturer performed helped them too.
The researchers recommend using the constant exercises in teaching skills and for other game sports because it has a good effect on learning process and doing more similar researches for other different samples like females and males and different level of learning and games.
They recommended also publishing the concept of the constant exercise in the sports clubs and the other sports centers so that they use it for their team sports.
