All About Mrs. Lechman

Mrs. Lechman Family Life:

I live in St. Croix Falls with my husband, Ross and Bennet. Ross and I got married in December of 2006. We love traveling and spending time in the wilderness. Justin, my son, is 33 and is living in Minneapolis working as a Psychology Technician. He is an avid reader and sports fan. Allie, my daughter, is 27. She has a degree in Animal Science and works in Minnetonka, MN. Allie loves to baking and spending time with Winston her, Doberman. Bennet, our son, is the baby in our family. Bennet is 14 years old. He loves entertaining others, playing army and spending time playing on the iPad. Bennet loves his family of chickens. They are his pets. Our family enjoys spending time vacationing, playing games, watching movies and doing outdoor activities. Oskar is our Chocolate Lab. He is 4 1/2 years old.

Educational Background:

This is my 31st year teaching at Unity School. I received a Master's Degree from St. Mary's University of Winona in 1999. I have 2 years experience at the kindergarten, 22 years in third and fourth grade level and this is my 7th year in 2nd grade!

What Mrs. Lechman Likes To Do In Her Spare Time:

I am a very avid scrapbooker, though I never seem to get caught up with my photographs. I do love to cook, shop and travel; when I am not scrapbooking. I also love golf and fishing. We enjoy playing cards and games. Reading is an activity I love as well, but don't find enough time to do it during the school year. Traveling to new places and exciting destinations is wonderful. I have taken two Caribbean cruises and honeymooned in Hawaii. We have traveled to Tahiti and checked Alaska off bucket list this past summer! Can't wait to vacation again soon.
