Homework is an important part of learning. This allows students to practice what they have learned and apply it to show understanding. Homework in 7th Grade Math is defined as anything that is not completely finished in class. My homework policy is as follows: We typically call an assignment an A.C.E. assignment which stands for Applications, Connections, and Extensions.

This grade indicates that the student has completed all of their work and that for the most part it was correct. (2 or less wrong)
4
This grade indicates that the student has completed all of their work, but there are areas that are in need of corrections. One day is given to make necessary corrections and if this is done, full credit will be given. (more questions are right than wrong)

This grade indicates that the student did not complete the entire assignment or have more wrong than right. One day is given to make necessary corrections and if this is done, full credit will be given.
0
This grade indicates that the student did not turn in the assignment. One day is given to complete the assignment and if this is done, full credit will be given.
