Registration
___Print out the Contract/Media Form from this website. Have students and parents complete then return to you.
___Register students through MPA Online (Be sure to substitute the student t-shirt size in the Phone number field)
___Print out the assessment form from MPA Online and include with your school check.
___Make Checks payable to "North Florida Honor Band".
___Print out the registration form. Principal and director signature required.
___Send all of the above to:

AUDITION SCHEDULE
November 19 - Audition Recordings due to Chris Dunn
November 21 - Section recordings emailed to judges
December 3 - Judge results due back to Chris Dunn
Director's will receive an individual link for their school to a google drive from the audition chair (Chris Dunn).
Locate the Script on the FORMS page on this website.
Upload mp3's to Google Drive by the deadline. All files must be in an mp3 format.
All file names should be as follows: "Instrument name. Last Name. First Name. School Name. Grade"
If you to need to drop your off your forms rather than mail, call for instructions.

Each school is assessed a $50.00 recording fee.
Schools will pay a $15.00 assessment for each of your students that audition.
$50 Late fee after due date - $100 Late fee 10 days after due date.
T-Shirts will be given to students. This cost is already included in your assessment. They are to wear their shirts all day during the Friday rehearsal so it is clear they are guests on campus.
