Final Checklist
The Final Checklist provides the date that your report is due, and identifies any information that is missing in your report if it is not complete. You must complete and submit your report by the submission deadline.
Printing Your Report
Click on the “View PDF” button on the navigation bar to print a PDF version of your report, or click on “View Word” to print a Word version of your report. You should print a copy of the report for your records before you submit it. This gives you an opportunity to review how it will display for reviewers and will also give you a paper trail if there are any questions regarding your submission.
Submit Your Report
Until you submit your report, you can save it and return to work on it as often as necessary. Upon submission, you will no longer be able to return to edit it, however you may submit an updated report. Once you have completed your report, choose the report you are submitting and then click "Submit" to finish the reporting process. You will always have the option to resubmit your previous report or submit the current one. When you submit your report, you will receive an email confirmation.
