On the 17th of December 2019, a program was held by Department of Dietetics at Pharmacy Department Meeting Room. The purpose of this program is to promote weight reduction among Deputy Director(s) and Head of Department in UMMC. This program are based on meal replacement therapy to achieve low calorie diet thus reducing weight near to ideal or targeted weight. Total participant were 10 person from various Head of Department in UMMC, Deputy Director(Surgical) Prof Dr. Azura Mansor and Deputy Director(Management) Encik Iskandar b Ahmad.

Session 2 of this programme was done on 21st January 2020. A practical and holistic approach of dietetic education were applied to participant including nutritional info reading and mindful groceries shopping in order to achieve daily target of calorie intake
