I am currently visiting the University of Zurich. 

I am an Assistant Professor at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey.  I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2018.

My primary fields of research are Public Finance and Applied Microeconomic Theory, with a focus on Behavioral Economics. My research examines the design and impact of government policies, particularly in relation to taxation, compliance, and welfare effects, often drawing on insights from empirical and behavioral evidence.
