Integrative epigenomic/genomic profiling and biomarker discovery in HPV(+) and HPV(-) squamous cancer

Project Summary: The overall objective of this project is to identify genomic and epigenomic differences in HPV+ and HPV- squamous cell carcinomas using integrative bioinformatics approaches and validate and describe the clinicopathologic and prognostic correlates in a cohort of head and neck cancer patients.

Epigenetic alterations in a cadmium exposed population in Thailand

Project Summary: The overall goal of this project is to identify biological pathways and mechanisms dysregulated by cadmium exposure in a highly exposed population in the Mae Sot District of Thailand.
