Dear Colleagues,
The Fifteenth International Workshop on Premixed Turbulent Flames (PTF-15) will be held at the NEST Hotel in Incheon, South Korea on the Friday and Saturday (July 29th and 30th, 2016) just before the 36th Combustion Symposium.
The NEST hotel is a two mile taxi ride from the Incheon International Airport, which is the airport that international travelers will use to fly into Seoul. A block of approximately 40 rooms has been set aside at the NEST hotel for PTF attendees; the room cost is approximately $ 211 US per night, including breakfast. The registration fee will be approximately $ 160 US. It will cover Korean-style lunches on Friday and Saturday and a dinner on Friday. The meals will be provided by the hotel since there are not many restaurants nearby.
After the meeting, attendees can take taxis back to the airport and take the Deluxe Bus to the COEX Symposium site. The bus leaves at 30 minute intervals from the Incheon Airport and costs $ 12.75 US (15,000 KRW); the ride is about 80 minutes. Details are at:

(Note: The TNF workshop will be held at the same NEST hotel but will be on Thursday and Friday. A different block of rooms is set aside for TNF attendees.)
As we did last time, the plan is for PTF-15 to run from 9:00 – 17:00 on Friday and Saturday . A formal announcement will be sent to you at a later date that contains more details.
The unique aspect of our previous workshops is that each presentation is limited to 10 minutes, which is followed by a discussion period that may be 15 minutes. Emphasis is put on constructive discussions of technical issues.
