For express delivery, please add $15.Please note that while the premium T shirts and acknowledgment cards are promotional materials that have been paid for byalternate sources and thus do not diminish the value of your gift, the charges for our basic maize and blue shirt cover production costs only. We welcome any donation to MIDIS that you may chose to include with your online or mailed T-shirt payment! Please use the University of Michigan Development Office online payment site. Select Michigan Infectious Disease International Scholars from the pulldown menu where it saysGift Designation on the page linked here. Important note: It can take a few weeks for the Development Office to process your payment. Thus, to expedite your order, please forward the emailed temporary receipt to us at midis@umich.edu, including information about what cards or T-shirts you want and any personal affiliation information you would like listed on our website.

T-shirts currently available:

Maize and Blue basic shirt: M, L, XL in short sleeves; L & XL in long sleeves

Price is $10 for short sleeves, $12 for long sleeves PLUS $3 shipping. Add $15 for expedited delivery.

Black African T-shirt: L and XL in both long and short sleeves.

Shirt and shipping is free upon request to those who have donated more than $50 to MIDIS. Add $15 for express delivery. We will enclose a gift acknowledgment card and information sheet upon request.

Order T-shirts by first paying, using one of the payment options described above, and then forwarding the payment acknowledgment along with information about what you've ordered and where you want it sent, to us at midis@umich.edu Please note that if you are in Ann Arbor, you can arrange with us to pick up your shirts and avoid the shipping charges!
