Cindy Rose is currently a Product Driven Organization Integration Coach with Ford Motor Company.
She passionately engages with organizations who want to enable their employees to realize value from the changes that they are experiencing so that individuals, teams and organizations can realize positive results in a shorter period of time than they might have otherwise experienced.
Using a VALUE framework, Cindy works with teams to develop and enact their next level of performance (V-AL-U-E).
She is committed to raising the proficiency of the organization to a higher level than before the change was introduced. She successfully drives the interventions with a dual focus on both the user experience and the organization return on their investment.
Cindy has developed change interventions for clients from General Motors, Ford, Navy Marine Corp, Comerica, Electronic Data Systems, General Electric, and American Bankers Association.
Cindy earned her Master's Degree from Saint Mary's University in Organizational Leadership in May of 2018.
She is also a Certified MBTI Practitioner.
