I study how people come together to do great things.

Before my doctoral program, I spent 15 years as a professional writer. Looking for tools to expand my small business, and with my eye on a future PhD, I completed an MBA at Brigham Young University in 2014. I then worked as an organizational researcher and survey designer for organizations such as the Danone Ecosystem Fund, Vivint, and Nu Skin, among others. I will receive my doctoral degree in Management and Organizations from the University of Michigan in 2024. 

My current work focuses on startups seeking to grow--particularly the experiences of founders and employees as their ventures scale.
