My reply to Peter van Inwagen's comments on "The God of Abraham..." For the comments to which I am replying you will have to go to the conference proceedings, Divine Evil? (OUP, 2011).
A paper presented at a conference at Notre Dame in September 2009. The proceedings were edited by Michael Bergmann, Michael Murray and Michael Rea, and published by OUP in 2011 under the title: Divine Evil? The Moral Character of the God of Abraham. Peter van Inwagen's comments are included in that volume.
A paper originally published in The Harvard Review of Philosophy, 11(2003): 74-100.
I wrote this paper for a conference held at the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon, in around 2000, I think. I thought they were going to publish the proceedings of that conferfence, but so far as I can tell, they never did.
A revised version of my opening statement in the Craig-Curley debate. This version was published in: Philosophers Without God: Atheism in a World of Believers, ed. by Louise Anthony, Oxford UP, 2007.
