Location

The apartment is located in the town of Bohinjska Bistrica. This town has all major amenities: pubs, restaurants, post office, bus station, train station, supermarket, doctor surgery, bank and exchange office. It is a blissful 10 minute walk, mostly alongside a stream, from the apartment to the village centre where most of the amenities are found.

Getting There

It is a 40 minute drive from Ljubljana airport to the apartment. Full directions can be given upon booking the apartment but it is a simple journey on main roads. There are a variety of car hire companies to choose from once you arrive at Ljubljana airport. I would recommend Atet Car Rentals. Their customer service is excellent and you can pre-book using the straightforward form on their web site. Alternatively you can take a bus from the airport (journey time is typically 2 hours, changing once in Kranj).
