BIOSUPRAMAT group takes part of the Institute of Advanced Materials (INAM) at UJI and uses Biology as inspiration for the design of functional supramolecular materials.
We have expertise in the Supramolecular Chemistry of SELF-ASSEMBLED FIBRILLAR NETWORKS AND GELS.
Our current aims are focused on peptide based soft materials for applications in BIOMIMETIC SUPRAMOLECULAR CATALYSIS, DRUG DELIVERY and REGENERATIVE MEDICINE .
