Dr. Yeulwoo Kim is an associate professor in the civil engineering department at PuKyong National University (PKNU), Busan, Korea. He earned BS and MS degrees at Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. Under the supervision of Dr. Tian-Jian Hsu, he completed his doctoral degree (civil engineering) at the University of Delaware (UD) in 2018. Before joining PKNU, he was a postdoctoral scholar at UD and UCLA (worked with Dr. Timu Gallien). His current works are based on investigating sediment transport and hydrodynamics over a porous media in the swash zone using OpenFOAM.
