9:45 – 10:30 am – Visit to Urban site at Río Piedras
10:30 – 11:30 am – Travel to Sabana Field Research Station (El Yunque National Forest)
11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch Break (Sabana Field Research Station, restroom stop, safety briefing to start at 12:10 pm)
12:30 – 12:50 pm – Travel to Bisley Experimental Watersheds
12:50 – 1:05 pm – Arrival and hike into the Bisley Experimental Watersheds
1:05 – 1:25 pm – Interpretative /introductory talk by Dr. Ariel E. Lugo (by mangó tree)
1:25 - 4:00 pm – Hike and interpretative talks in the Bisley Experimental Watersheds by Drs. William McDowell, Tamara Heartsill-Scalley and Omar Pérez-Reyes (there will be 3 rotating groups of about 25 persons / group).
4:00 - 4:10 pm – Drive to USGS gage at Río Mameyes; Stop at Puente Roto
4:10 - 4:30 pm – Rest stop at Puente Roto (restrooms available)
4:30 - 4:45 pm – Interpretative talk by Dr. James Shanley
