Eric Malekos

I'm obsessed with the idea of cells as microscopic machines. I am excited to be working to better understand macrophages, a species of microscopic machine with unique and important effector functions related to immunity and inflammation. When I'm not busy trying to figure something out I like to walk from place to place, except when it's taking too long, then I prefer to run. I also like reading poetry that rhymes, listening to podcasts and splashing around in the ocean.
