Some Compounds of Basic Concepts

The classification of relationships [See The Classification of Relators] was kept to a very reasonable length due the expectation that complex relationships would be handled through compounding. We thus provide here an extensive list of compounds. This list not only provides extensive examples of compounding in general, but provides a fairly exhaustive set of compound relationships.

We can begin with some uses of (opposite). For example:

• Disobedience is (opposite)(control) Note that ‘obey’ is the inverse of ‘control.’

• Fails to communicate is (opposite)(talk)

Various other types of combination are explored:

Combinations of Causal Relators and Internal Changes

Combinations of Causal and Non-causal Relators

Combinations of Relators and Things
