SNOW EXPERIMENT
An aircraft observational program was conducted to document the microphysical characteristics of winter cloud systems over the southern Rockies. In-cloud observations were made by flying a pre-selected flight track on radials extending eastwards over the mountain ranges, primarily between Lethbridge, Alberta and Cranbrook, B.C.
